How does the O-shot® work?
The O-Shot® method uses the body’s natural ability to regenerate and heal itself. The targeted administration of highly concentrated healing and growth factors, obtained from the patient’s own blood plasma, triggers a strong local revitalization.
After taking a small amount of blood, the valuable healing and growth factors are obtained by a special technical procedure from the blood plasma. After application of a highly effective anesthetic cream, the body’s own healing and growth factors are injected to special points using the finest needle. Our patients experience the O shot® almost free of complaints. As a leading practice for regenerative medicine, we have of course the opportunity to accompany you with a nitrous oxide inhalation through the treatment.
Including preparation, blood collection and preparation of your blood and injection, we need less than 60 minutes. After outpatient O Shot® treatment, there are no restrictions on sexual activity, sports or social functioning for our patients.

O-shot® procedure
The O-Shot® Procedure starts with a simple blood collection. Then, using a sophisticated technique, the stem cells, growth factors and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are removed from this blood sample and injected into the clitoris, extra- as well as intravaginally, into the most important region for sexual response, the G-Shot aka O-Shot® with a patent pending procedure. The doctor injects the PRP into an area around the G-Shot aka O-Shot® into a cluster of structures that activate the orgasmic system.
The platelets release more than 7 different growth factors, which then activate unipotent stem cells to produce new tissue cells. It comes to a new tissue growth. Because these areas were previously anesthetized with a local anesthetic, it is almost completely painless for the patients.
Treatment sessions The procedure takes about 30-45 minutes. Most of the time, plasma preparation and local anesthesia are needed for PRP preparation.
